The South Australia Chaoshan Commerce Association Inc. (SACCA) is a significant and emerging force within the Chaoshan (Teochew) business community in Australia. The Association was founded by Mr Hui Wu (Ken), a Chinese community leader, with the strong support and guidance of the International Teochew Federation, Teochew associations worldwide, as well as dedicated community leaders and supporters.
Guided by our motto, “Benevolence as the Foundation, Wisdom as the Guide”, we are committed to preserving and promoting the Teochew cultural heritage. Rooted in shared ancestral ties, we bring together the global Teochew diaspora to foster cross-border collaboration and strengthen economic exchange between South Australia and our homelands, advancing shared growth and mutual prosperity.
As a highly representative international association, SACCA’s membership spans a wide range of industries, including real estate, education, law, finance, trade, agriculture, wine, tourism, hospitality, and information technology. The management team is composed of Teochew-origin professionals from Mainland China, Hong Kong and Macao, as well as Southeast Asian countries. SACCA serves as a premier platform for business connection and friendship.
“Where tides flow, Teochew people thrive.” Bound by the sea and driven by shared ambition, the South Australia Chaoshan Commerce Association Inc. brings integrity, benevolence, and business acumen into a rapidly changing global landscape. Spanning continents and hemispheres, we are committed to creating opportunities for cooperation and building a shared and prosperous future.
